If you're using Eudora

    In the first window select Transfer to
    In the window next it to the right select in Mailbox (or whatever other mailbox you choose)
    Go to the next window below and skip rest

  7. Respond Yes to the window that pops up asking whether to save changes to
    filters.

  6. At the bottom, where it says Move the message to:, select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
  7. Click the Add Filter button again.

If you're using Hotmail

If you are using Hotmail, you can ensure that my newsletter is delivered to your Inbox by adding my "From" address to your Safe List. Here's how:

  1. Click the Options (in line with the menu, on the right side of the screen)
  2. Click the Contacts tab on the left hand side of the screen
  3. Select Safe List.
  4. In the space provided, enter the address: [email protected]
  5. Click Add.
  6. When you see the address you can return to your inbox

If you're using AOL

If you're using AOL, you can ensure that my newsletter is delivered to your Inbox by setting your Mail Controls. Here's how:

  1. Go to Keyword Mail Controls
  2. Select the screen name where you're receiving the newsletter
  3. Click Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name
  4. For AOL version 7.0: In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters", include @HorseRacingGold.com
    For AOL version 8.0: Select Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains.
  5. Click Next until the Save button shows up at the bottom.
  6. Click Save
